20 Minute Retreats

by Rachel Harris, Ph.D.
This book can really be read in any order and is arranged in sections such as "Faith,""Forgiveness" and "Gratitude." Many of the sources of inspiration come from different belief systems (including such as American Indian and Yoruba from Africa). The main theme in this book is that getting in touch with ourselves even when we don't feel we have the "Time".
Weekend Home Spa

by Linda Bird
A lovely book that gives very complete ideas for planning a Spa Weekend. There selections for a Cleansing Spa, and Energizing Spa, a Relaxing Spa or a Pampering Spa. Each has food plans, exercise, a treatment and some extras for each section.
Spa Magic

by Mary Muryn
Mary Muryn has been to spas from India to Switzerland, from Thailand to Pennsylvania. In this book she shares the best of those treatments. Most are easy and fun with things you can get where you shop. The exceptions are the essential oils and the Bach Remedies, which you can buy them one at a time and do last. A great book for your Spa Library.
The bath gourmet

by Rhonda Van
I really love this book. It is fun and inventive from the ideas for different baths to the illustrations. The sections are Good-For-You-Baths, Fun Food Baths , and Escape-It-All Baths, Bath 'a la Carte , and Bath Crafts (Salts, Bombs and more). It also has a plastic cover — to keep it in good condition so you can read while you're in the bath. Love this!
Girl's Night In

by Jennifer Worick
Another fun book that is a pleasure to read. Get some friends over and do some things together or go it alone. Great bits of information and fun tips. Each season has three programs with foods, treatments, activities and gift ideas.
